Hey squishies, this is a really important post please read through this before using your squishies!
Food Squishy Safety

- The biggest safety point about the food squishies, is that food squishies look like food. Please keep them out of the reach of children under 3 and pets. Additionally, it is recommended that parent supervision is provided for children under 18 to prevent harm. Please do not eat the food shaped squishies.
- In addition to food squishies looking like food, food squishies are a choking hazard regardless and should be kept away from children under 3 and pets, and should not be used near the mouth.
- Food squishies can also break, making even smaller squishy pieces. These also pose choking hazards and can even pose larger choking hazards. Please be wary of this and we do not recommend using broken food squishies. Buy a new squishy!
- If food squishies are heated and then used, they pose burn risks. Additionally, if food squishies are cooled or frozen, they can pose frostbite risks. Please only use food squishies at room temperature.
Animal Squishy Safety

- Animal squishies contain small parts, such as the eyes in our Axolotl and two capybara products. These can pose additional choking hazards in addition to the larger squishy parts. Please keep them out of the reach of children under 3 and pets.
- Please do not eat the animal shaped squishies.
- If animal squishies are heated and then used, they pose burn risks. Additionally, if animal squishies are cooled or frozen, they can pose frostbite risks. Please only use animal squishies at room temperature.
Ball Squishy Safety

- Ball squishies, such as our rainbow mesh ball, are choking hazards and should be kept out of the reach of children under 3 and pets.
- Ball squishies are a ball containing smaller balls and non-toxic liquid. The ball is known to break under pressure, and the smaller balls can escape, creating smaller choking hazards. If the ball breaks, we recommend throwing it out and getting a new squishy! An example of a broken ball is shown in the image below.

- The liquid inside the mesh ball should not be eaten. It is non-toxic, however, it should still not be eaten.
- The mesh is a suffocation risk, and should be kept away from children under 3 and pets.
- If ball squishies are heated and then used, they pose burn risks. Additionally, if ball squishies are cooled or frozen, they can pose frostbite risks. Please only use ball squishies at room temperature.
- There is an additional risk of injury from heating the ball squishies. The liquid inside when heated has been known to explode and cause burns: 1) "Urgent Warning After Squishy Toy Trend Caused Traumatizing Burns", 2) "Needoh Squishy Toys Reportedly Keep Exploding. This Time in a Hot Car." We (SquishASquishy Inc.) do not support this method of using the squishies and are not responsible for any injury caused from the use of this item in this way. Please only use ball squishies at room temperature.
